We arrived late afternoon for a one-night stay as a family. The lobby was clean with plenty of seating. The front desk staff were friendly and checked us in very quickly. Our room was on the main floor (not ideal), but that being said, was conveniently located down the hall from the breakfast area and the pool. The room was large enough with 2 queen beds, a coffee station and a nice clean bathroom. The best part was absolutely the breakfast. Many wonderful hot and cold items on offer: Yogurt/cereal/scrambled eggs/omelet/bacon/sausage/cinnamon rolls. There was a toaster with bagels/sliced bread and the piece de resistance: the pancake machine. A big hit with the kids, the pancake machine automatically makes 2 little pancakes in about 30 seconds. The breakfast ladies all very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, super neat,well maintained. The best and even better and comfortable than hotels like Atlantis Dubai. The highlight of the property was Mr.Alex,the Manager at the front desk,who is the most pleasant,polite,kind,motivated and happiest staff we have ever met during our years of experiences with different hotels all over the world.He is simply the best and is an asset to the IHG group. You can easily feel he tries his best to make his customers feel comfortable and happy . He deserves a Promotion !!The restaurant staff including young Mohammad were so great. we are very satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone especially those visiting Blue mountain ski village. Thanks again to Mr.Alex,you are simply the best !

Standard holiday inn experience - TV, WiFi, AC, Locker, Iron and Iron Table and cozy beds. Good breakfast to start your day on a great note. Clean Swimming pool to have a nice dip. Ample parking space. Lot of shops, restaurant nearby.

If you're looking for a top-notch hotel at a very decent price, this is it. Sandeep at the front desk and Daniella in the kitchen provided excellent service and made valuable recommendations. The beds were very comfortable, and the posted 10:00 pm quiet time guaranteed a restful night. They serve a full breakfast with many items to choose from. I'm definitely following this chain on future trips.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfy and quiet. All the facility was great, and breakfast was awesome; well prepared and so yummy, even coffee was tasty, so I didn’t use the coffee maker in the room. Also, I really enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool for two days of the stay.

the lobby was bright and clean. the hotel room is clean and quite comfortable. the staff are very polite, friendly and courteous! breakfast time went from 6:30am-10am, so pretty flexible. haven’t used the amenities so cannot comment on that.

Breakfast was standard in terms of flavour but I like how there were a lot of options. The attendant working that morning also had the most infectious personality. Great start to the morning! The room is also a decent size. Bigger than expected and clean, which is a concern for me considering I can be a bit of a germaphobe.

the rooms we’re AMAZING! quite comfortable and so roomy! staff was amazing, except the night person idk who she was— went for Lacrosse so even bouncing a ball in a deserted parking lot was not permited! above all it was a great stay tbh with you. thanks

The hotel is new, and very clean. The location is pretty good, fairly close to all attractions. Ample, free parking. Good, free WiFi. Very spacious rooms.

Clean, modern and a good selection for breakfast. Great location for Wassaga Beach and Blue mountain.
